Track Three: Advanced Customer Service
Troubleshooting-Customer Assistance-Screening-HR Assistant
Program Objective
In addition to developing basic work-at-home skills, this
program will consist of client-specific home-based training for
positions with businesses and agencies.
Upon completion, graduates will have documented work-at-home call center experience, job readiness/interviewing skills and a professional resume. Graduates will be referred to home-based employers that are the best fit for their competency level

Minimum Requirements
Must type 30 wpm or be proficient with computerized voice activation systems.
Requires Bachelor's Degree or two years previous related work experience in human resources, telephone customer service, human services, technology, vocational rehabilitation, writing, public relations and demonstrated proficiency to problem solve and perform internet and telephonic research.
