CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM

Three Self-paced, Web-based Tracks: Sales, Inbound Order-taking, Help Desk

Live, interactive, group and individual training

The CSR (Customer Service Rep) program is designed to evaluate and teach the skills needed for home-based customer service employment.

Our customized training targets the skills needed for the internships that are a required part of the program.

 

Sales track - Outbound Telesales, Appointment Setting and Collections

Advanced Customer Service, Troubleshooting, HR Assistant

Training prepares students for telephone and/or e-mail customer service positions.

Employment opportunities include work at home in-bound and out-bound customer service, telemarketing, appointment setting, market research, order-taking, information specialist, collections, reservations, logistics, intake specialist, technical support or job developer

Some of the types of companies that graduates will work for include mortgage companies, background check companies, catalog companies, product sales companies, insurance companies and agents, collection companies, hotels, transportation and shipping, computer technology companies, employment services and networks, supply companies, and survey companies.

All training is on-line, web-based distance learning (and homework). For every hour of instructor-based training, students will have approximately 3 to 4 hours of homework. Classes will meet between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Students will receive all the necessary instructions for "attending" the training classes, and each student will be assigned a personal counselor to monitor achievement of training goals and to facilitate home-based employment.

All classes are taught by industry specific specialists and monitored by licensed vocational rehabilitation specialists. Students will have the opportunity to learn and practice skills in a simulated work environment.

Paula Reuben Vieillet, Master's of Adult Education, teaches students as if they were in the same room. Each student will be able to interact with the instructor live.

Students will be equipped with web-cams so that they can also see and talk with each other.
