Sales track - 120 hours

Outbound telesales, appointment setting and collections

Program Objective

In addition to developing basic work-at-home skills, this program will consist of client-specific home-based training for positions with mortgage companies, insurance agents, and other telesales, survey or appointment setting positions.

Upon completion, graduates will have documented work-at-home telesales experience, job readiness / interviewing skills and a professional resume.

Graduates will be referred to home-based employers that are the best fit for their competency level and /or encouraged to continue their CSR training in the more advanced Employment Options training - CSR tracks.

 

Class Schedule

Week One

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Week Two

10:10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

  • Learning different types of sales calls
  • Practicing different types of sale calls
  • Understanding the customer
  • Handling customer objections
  • Sales Techniques
  • Getting started - the first three calls

Week Three

Practice, Practice, Practice....

Week Four

Internship-work at home opportunity
Going from internship to paid employment

 

Minimum Requirements

Requires clear phone voice, ability to connect with customer.

Must be able to read or memorize script. Sales background or previous collections experience preferred.
