EXHIBIT O: Refund Policy
1. The institution ensures that all monies paid by a prospective
student, including application fees, are refunded if: the student
requests a refund with three (3) business days after signing a
contract; or if no contract is signed and prior to class's
beginning, the student (or representing agency) requests a refund
within three (3) business days after making a payment.
2. No application fees will be refunded after three business days
except:

In case of death or hospitalization of applicant prior to start
date.

Due to more than (60) sixty days delay in start date of specific
customer service track.

If applicant is deemed unsuitable to attend classes (by My Training
Options staff).
3. If a student withdraws from the institution for any reason, the
student (or agency) is not liable for any unpaid portion of the
application fee.
4. There are no refunds for books except if returned in a condition
that allows them to be used or sold to new students.
5. The institution uses the following criteria to calculate refunds.

The date on which the student has begun the official withdrawal
process.

The last date on which the student attends classes or tutoring
sessions.

The date on which applicant is deemed unsuitable to attend classes
(by My Training Options staff).
6. The institution ensures that refunds are based on tuition paid for
segments of the instructional program in the enrollment agreement.
Refunds are made in full to the student or sponsoring agency with
thirty (30) days of the date of withdrawal.

The student (or agency) requesting cancellation more than three (3)
business days after signed the contract or the student completing
no more than five (5) percent of instructional time is refunded
ninety-five (95) percent of tuition;

The student (or agency) completing more than five (5) percent but
no more than ten(10) percent of instructional time is refunded no
less than ninty (90) percent of tuition.

The student completing more than ten (10) percent but no more than
twenty-five (25) percent of instructional time is refunded no less
than seventy-five (75) percent of tuition:

The student completing more than (25) percent of instructional time
but no more than fifty (50) percent of instructional time is
refunded no less than fifty (50) percent of tuition:
-
The student completing more than fifty (50) percent of
instructional time is informed that the institution is not required
to issue a refund.

f. Students (or representing agency) will receive a full tuition
refund:
-
In case of death or hospitalization of prospective student
prior to start date.

Due to delay in start date of specific customer service track
of more than (60) sixty days.

If applicant is deemed unsuitable to attend classes (by My
Training Options staff).

The institution insures that if it cancels or changes a program of
study or course (time or location) in such a way that a student who
has started the program or course is unable to continue:
-
a. It will make arrangements in a timely manner to
accommodate the needs of each student enrolled in the
program.
-
Refunds all money paid by the student for the program of
study or course if alternative arrangements determined by
NPEC to be equitable to both the institution and the student
are not possible.
